Hi Rich, Slaven here - thanks very much for the kudos! A big part of our success is due to having great clients on board, who continuously provide us with excellent feedback and ideas, so you keep doing a great job on your end and we'll make sure w…

Thanks Rich! I was also always amazed at the fast response time and the continuous updates to system functionality when I was a customer...and I'm no less amazed as an employee. Of course, (especially after experiencing it myself) I want to make sur…

Thanks for the reply Anna. Glad to see Springshare added a new staff member. I think they only had 3, maybe 4 in June at ALA. I was amazed at how quick Mark and the rest were in responding to emails and posts. I told myself then, with their rate of…

We have students that work from public workstations and so I suppose they could run into this problem too. I know this is not the answer that you want to hear, but you could leave the "Mail to" field blank, then create an additional field and name i…

JC, is this something you did on the SpringShare side, or is it something I can do on my end? I would like to remove something from that list too. Thanks, Rich

Hi Richard, I added some CSS to the custom HEAD section on your site to take care of this. Here is the code I used to change the "Popular Guides", "Recent Guides", and "view all tags" links to white: #rg a, #pg a, #tagbox span a { color: #fff; }…

This is probably a question for Marc. I was wondering if there was a way to change a CSS setting so that I can have the colors of links inside of box headers (titles) changed to a different color. Right now, all links are blue which is fine because…

I have finally found a use for Twitter. Yesterday I created a LibGuide for a Technical Communications class we did library orientations for (6 classes last Friday). We started seeing students asking for research help the same day and already I have…
